What is coaching?

Coaches use the GROW model. This is:

G         Goal – setting the overall goal and breaking it down into
            manageable chunks.
R
         Reality – exploring what is happening in your life now.

O         Options - everything you have available to achieve your goal
            the sky is the limit

W         Will or Way Forward – planning the first steps and all the help
             and support you will need

Why should I use a coach?
With the best will in the world friends and family want to help but they have their lives and goals to deal with. Listening is an art and coaches have practiced this skill along with rapport and many other skills needed to be a good coach. When was the last time someone listened to you for 45 minutes completely concentrating on you and your wants and needs? A coach will do this – no advice is given all the answers are within you – a coach will get you to see clearly what you want and how you are going to do it.

What will I get?

You will get an hour session broken down as follows:
First 10 minutes – you talk about yourself and the coach asks a few introductory questions to get to know you better.

The main session of 45 minutes will consist of you to talking about yourself - with the coach questioning you throughout. Session balance 70% you talking 30% coach questioning

Final 5 minutes setting of short term goals with action plan and detailed points for your to achieve.

How much will it be?

I currently charge £35 for one hour.
