About Me

I coach because I am good at it always have been - I coached when I was 14 on the back of a bus my friends with love life issues. Today I have more to offer as I have much more training and experience to add to the pot.

Feeling the fear and going for it has given me my best memories and I haven't finished yet!

I have had a challenging varied life that I would not change one minute of. What does not kill you only makes you stronger and I have been tested in this area several times.

Life is for living, we all know the quotes:

"Life is not a rehearsal" or "Live each day as if it were your last, as one day you will be right". In fact I can recommend a book if any of you are in doubt, read 'Veronica Decides to Die' by Paulo Coelho, this really made me sit up and listen.

It is important that each and every one of us get the very best from our life experience - it is up to you to take control and responsibility for your life so what are you waiting for?

It is an individual's choice how they live their life and we should respect each other's choices. Only don't whinge when others get all the goodies and you are left just as you are right now.

My choice is to experience as much as I physically can and go for it (what ever 'it' may be) learning as I go. Want to join me?
