What do you need to know about me?

Over my life time I have lived in Bournemouth, Cheltenham, Gran Canaria, Cardiff, Monmouthshire and now Barnstaple.

I have worked in housing associations, catering, retail and for myself in both catering and now life coaching and NLP Practioner.

I have gathered many skills such as listening, rapport, good questioning technique, communication, leadership and many managerial insights. I have worked at all levels on the scale of jobs from office assistant to senior manager dealing daily with a board of directors.

Working with people and helping them make changes to their lives is a dream job for me coaching allows me to do this and see the results. I am lucky to work in something I both enjoy and that is so very rewarding.

I have been self employed for 6 years and like the freedom of working for myself.

I equally enjoy working one to one or with large groups coaching benefits all.
